Rebirth demonstrates the shake down , settling and letting go of old beliefs and behaviors. The painting depicts the literal levels that one passes through in this rebirthing process. As one lets go of the old vibrations they settle down into the underworld and they are released into the earth. From the darkness of the bottom level in the painting, a soul moves upward, each level becoming less dense, more joyful and lighter. The circular flow of souls have crossed over into the light. New vibrations lift the soul to a lighter frequency and transformation is experienced.
Note the dense heavy energies in the bottom figures contrasted by the light angels and fairies in the upper dimension. The abstract butterfly wings represent this metamorphosis.
